The registration screen will be presented each time you open Clearboard, until the registration process has been completed.
Your computer must be connected to the Internet for registration. If your computer is not connected to the Internet, click "Register later" button. If your computer is behind a firewall, Clearboard will attempt to detect your proxy settings. Just enter your name and email address and click "Register now" button. Depending on the speed of your Internet connection, the whole registration may take from a few seconds to a couple of minutes. If the registration process does not finish in 5 minutes, try closing ClearBoard and then restarting it. By registering ClearBoard, you are entitled to technical support from your supplier and other free technical information. Please note that you can only install one copy of ClearBoard on one computer.
If you get a "registration error", this is usually caused by a network error. If you are behind a firewall, make sure your proxy and port are set correctly. Just try again and the problem will usually go away. If you always get a "registration error", this means your license was already registered. If you did not register ClearBoard from a different computer before, please contact your your reseller for help.
